Public comment information: comments may be submitted by attending the meeting in person, via email, Zoom/telephone, or by sending a request to [email protected] by noon on the meeting day listing your name and subject in which you wish to speak. Please note that only emails sent to this address will be recognized for the record. Zoom instructions will be sent to the person requesting before the meeting. Those who choose to give public comment via Zoom/ telephone will need to leave the microphone muted until the public comment portion of the meeting. Public comments submitted by email will be entered into the official record, distributed to the governing body, and summarized; however, due to personal privacy issues, they are not generally published in the online agenda packet.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired, for a hearing-impaired device, or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities, should be made at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
